It's not my phone's ringtone and it's not in my CD player.

Somehow, it's the only track that has been copied to my Windows phone. I have no idea how it happened. It wasn't intentional. I have the radio/CD player set to play from the phone via Bluetooth, so it does, as soon as I turn the key. Until I go to Pandora and set the station for the trip.
