I don't know if it was because they were sandwiched between Pete Trewavas and Eric Blackwood's groovy twosome and Marillion's genius Brave performance, or because they told me twenty times too many times where to find their website, or because, as a photographer, I occasionally get distracted away from the music because all the darn photos are coming out PINK... well to tell you the truth, Relish didn't knock me out, particularly not at the beginning of the set. By the end, I was thinking, OK--this is really quite decent... but it wasn't immediate love-at-first-hearing. That said, because I know they were chosen as a support act with reason, and because I know they are respected, I will--I promise--listen again. And hear them properly, this time.
